We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course delay the process and lengthen the production time. Please bear in mind all couriers experience a surge in deliveries during peak season, as such deliveries may take a few extra days that expected. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. We offer 'Jump the queue artwork creation'. We'll start printing within 48hrs hours of receiving your approval! Printing & production takes 3 working days. Expect your portrait ready to preview and approve in 3-5 working days. Any items lost in transit will of course be reprinted and resent. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, AFTER APPROVAL, please get in touch with us to let us know. Changes and additional photo requests can of course prolong this estimate. Shipping times are a general estimate only. We have partnered up with awesome print partners in your location to enable us to print and ship your items to you as efficiently as paw-sible. Please note that the following products may feature less of the costume due to the canvas being wrapped around the edge and due to the smaller and differing height and width ratios. Also note that ALL A5 - A3 posters will be printed with a white 5mm borderĭelivery Estimates (once artwork is printed) Please note that requesting a photo or costume change after your proof has been sent means that our artist has to start again from scratch and as such this will incur a small fee which goes back to the artist to cover their time effort.
